Tiara Gamez is the Owner and Executive Planner of Events to a T, the event planning firm she founded in 2013.
With experience supporting more than 100 couples, Tiara blends creativity and thoughtful design to craft elevated celebrations, continually evolving her vision within Milwaukee’s vibrant event community.
Emily Riordan
Director & Senior Designer
Emily Riordan serves as the Director of Operations and Senior Designer at Events to a T, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2015.
Renowned for her sharp design eye—and never being far from a Diet Coke—Emily brings genuine warmth and a calm, steady energy to every celebration. Her favorite wedding movie is “My Best Friend’s Wedding,” and she’s always ready with Justin Bieber or Taylor Swift on the playlist. Emily values the family-like bonds built with her team and couples, making each planning experience memorable. Whether she’s spending summer days by the water, traveling with her husband and pups, or keeping a dance floor packed by leading the way herself, Emily’s dedication and joyful approach set her apart in the event planning field.
